The Tory, UK Government has delivered a disastrous Brexit: something we did not vote for, forced on us by a Government we did not vote for. He shares your feeling of abandonment by a UK Government that is not listening to us.
Rhuaraidh wants to be part of the government that will do all it can to help the people and businesses of North East Fife come through the challenges of Brexit, compounded by the Covid-19 pandemic. His voice will be a stronger one for our constituency, both in combatting Tory austerity policies and in working within the SNP to ensure North East Fife gets the attention and investment it deserves.
For the best chance at a swift recovery from this double whammy of economic blows, Scotland needs all the leavers of power at its disposal. We need to grow the economy and bring more wealth to people across the land. The Tories, in the latest budget, have reverted to type: more austerity. That is not the way to help Scotland.
Scotland needs closer ties with Europe and all the leavers of power brought back to the Scottish Parliament. Scotland needs Independence.
